Oftewel: zitten is \u00a0het nieuwe roken. Primair om meer beweging te krijgen en dat is fysiek goed voor je maar zeker zo belangrijk is beweging om even weg te zijn bij teveel hetzelfde werk doen (vergaderen, aan je laptop zitten) en je hersenen geen rust gunnen. En dat laatste is weer nodig om op te laden en allerlei opgedane kennis en indrukken &#8216;weg te schrijven&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>Er zijn tegenwoordig \u00a0veel mogelijkheden meubilair aan te passen, staand te vergaderen, wandelend te overleggen, bepaalde activiteiten altijd staand te doen (mail verwerken).
